Mgr. Lenka Balková is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Masaryk University in Brno. She successfully finished her studies in 2007 by a state exam (Master’s examination). After completing her studies she was practicing bar in Prague in several law firms as an articling attorney and in June 2012 she passed the Bar examination at the Czech Bar Association. On 1/8/2012 she was recorded into the list of attorneys-at-law maintained by the Czech Bar Association under file No. 14485 and since then she has been practicing law as an independent attorney-at-law.

She mainly focuses on the representation of clients in judicial proceedings, advisory in the areas of real estate law, protection of personal rights and personal data, disputes connected to provision of healthcare, family law, including divorces, alimony and settlement of common property of spouses.

Considering business environment, she focuses on the incorporation of business companies, commercial obligations and debt recovery, and she also provides comprehensive legal advice on foreign law, consisting in obtaining visas and residence permits in the Czech Republic (not only) in connection with the incorporation of business companies by foreigners in the Czech Republic.

As a matter of course, the law firm also focuses on the defense of clients in criminal proceedings, mainly in connection to economic and property offences resulting from business activities.
